dass IT GmbH offers Bacula packages for many different distributions. Now we have updated our packages and also made them available for RHEL6.

Using the OpenSUSE Build Service, dass IT offers Bacula Packages for your distribution.

The Repositories can be found here: dassIT Bacula rpm repositories

The following examples refer to  Bacula with  Postgresql as CatalogDB on RHEL6. For MySQL and other Platforms you the URL has to be changed accordingly.

Configurationin in Redhat/CentOS Systems :

cd /etc/yum.repos.d;

wget http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dassit:/bacula:/bacula-postgres/RedHat_RHEL-6/home:dassit:bacula:bacula-postgres.repo

yum install bacula-postgresql

Configuration SuSE Systems:

zypper ar http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/dassit:/bacula:/bacula-postgres/openSUSE_11.3/home:dassit:bacula:bacula-postgres.repo

zypper install bacula-postgresql
