Bacula Administrator Course at Open Source School, Munich
The Administrator Course is designed to help new Bacula users acquire the knowledge they need to download, install, configure, and operate Bacula in a productive environment more quickly and effectively. This certified training course for Bacula beginners will be held in Munich, Germany, under the personal guidance of a senior Bacula Systems instructor.

After completing the course, you will know how to do the following:
- Obtain the Bacula code
- Build, install and configure the software on your own system
- Design a backup scheme
- Disk-based backup
- Autochanger based backup
- Debug problems
- Monitor day-to-day operations
- Configure Bacula and perform a restore
Course Pre-requisites:
To participate in this course, you are expected to have:
- A reasonably strong knowledge of Linux
- Basic System Administrator skills
- Completed the assigned reading
- Completed the pre-test
- Complete the assessment form to determine back-up requirements of your own company (if applicable)
